My rating for this place is 77%, but that is due to the categories given. I wouldn't actually recommend it though. It has won an award for top guesthouse, but it is nothing special. I will say it has a nice balcony in a cool building in Jaffa which is an interesting part of Tel Aviv. But the staff are not that friendly, and there are no staff around after 7pm when they seem to leave the whole place in the hands of the guests. Also, the breakfast is rubbish (bread and tea/coffee) when compared wi Justin, from South Africa ~ 12th Mar 2011
