Family campsite with excellent facilities. A good choice for those travelling by car, because it is 3 km from the village away. Nice starting point to explore Florence which is reachable within 25 minutes by train. (once you have got to the railway station) many activities on site. Extremely nice place. Not what I was expecting at all as it is full of familes and kids everywhere. A perfect analogy for this place would be that it is the "Disney World" of camping. They have 5 at least 3 restaurants, 3 pools, lazy river...etc. It is rather pricey inside the campgrounds, but I would recommend this place if you do not mind getting away from touristy things and relaxing for a day or two. It is a 50 minute train ride from Florence and if you catch the rare train during the day (2 Ryan, from USA ~ 7th Jun 2009
