Six months ago I booked a

HI Erin, six months ago you asked me for a room, and I told you that my room with sea view were all booked and there was a wrong avaiability here in hostelword, and I asked you to cancel the reservation and i wanted to refund your deposit.I propose you another room without sea view with a low price and you accepted. When you arrived, you wanted a room with sea view at all costs, but I showed you the email in which you accepted. For this reason I really don't undestand this rate, Best regards, Elisabetta.
