Owner and staff friendly, helpful, room clean, good bed size and room spzce for a single room, good rate, there is a spacious lounge in the first level I think, bar is fun, they provide free pickup from major transportation terminals, bus to Bangkok availabe and pickup in the gueshouse in the morning

The staff was not helpful at all, the rooms were clean, but linens were very old and used. The bathroom was not properly cleaned when we arrived. The hotel has a bar, which is noisy in the night. I would not recommend this hotel to families with children.

Thank you for your review. Im sorry you did not find our staff to be helpful; if you could email me with specific examples and responses I can address the issues you had personally. I'm sorry that your issues were not raised whilst you were with us so I could have addressed them at the time.
I'm surprised that you found your bathroom to be unsatisfactorily cleaned; our 94% cleanliness rating is our standard whilst we aim for higher. I will review with our cleaning staff to make sure our normally high standards are being kept.
Thank you again for your comments; it is though our guests that we can see where we are lacking and improve. I will address all of the issues you have raised.

Room's clean with cable TV & window. Located by the river & just 10 mins walk to town centre. Owners, Simon & Rachel, friendly, & kitten is cute. Has pool table & bar, so lots to do. Couldn't ask for more.

This guesthouse is a great place to stay. Located across the river and near the centre. The staff are really friendly and it is definately somewhere i would stay again. The rooms are great, clean and spacious.

Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Run by British people and hang-out of European ex pats, which will tell you incredible stories. Good beer at the bar, chips and pasties too.

There is a big terrace where you can enjoy a lousy afternoon, plus, the dog (a golden) and the kittens really lighten up my stay in there. I will come back again!
