The instalations were really poor and they didn't had hot water in the showers. The rooms weren't clean and the staff also didn't helped as expected. SANTIAGO, from Mexico ~ 11th Feb 2012

Location is very nice. I stayed in 16 place room, but it didn't feel so, even though all the beds were occupied. Each bed covered a curtain, so you get a little privacy even. The breakfast is basic, for me was a good start of the day. I spent most of my time sightseeing, so this was great value for money Read Owner Comments Indira, from Kazakhstan ~ 2nd Feb 2012

There was no space in the bathroom to put clothes or to dress yourself. Because of this, people got ready in the sleeping room and had to disturb other guests. The room was terribly smelly and there was food left behind by guest that wasn't removed for more than 4 days. Wifi did not work as announced. I could not connect with the password given and there was signal only in one little room that was always full. The hostel also lacks pleasant common rooms. These are essential in hostel! The showers were not very good.. it was so little water I had a hard time getting my hair wet when I tried to wash my hair... and this hostel is definitely nothing for people with some kind of disabilities, a LOT of stairs everywhere, and no lift. But the location is good, and it wasn't very expensive - you get what you pay for, I guess. And bring a towel - bed linen are included, but towels are not Helene, from Sweden ~ 10th Jan 2012

Beds downstairs are too short. If you are more than 185cm tall you can feel a bit uncomfortable. But for 5 pounds per night I can agree for that :) Lukasz, from Poland ~ 8th Jan 2012

The hostel is located in a nice (and rich) area with beautiful buildings and Hyde Park just around the corner. And definitely worth the money. Marlene, from Denmark ~ 6th Jan 2012

The staff is not friendly, you are charged extra for everything and it looks inside like in a jail. But if there are no alternatives, it is acceptable. Volkan, from Germany ~ 5th Jan 2012

Staff were quite rude, particularly on day leaving. After returning my keys, the girl refused me to re-enter to get directions off the internet for my onward journey that day. (which their internet was annoying localised in one tiny room for the whole hostel and very unreliable. Showers and toilets were very dirty, apart from a few times when they were unusable due to overwhelming bleach smells! Maybe clean a little more often, and a little less bleach? 9 bed dorm is too small. 14 is a good size Harry, from Australia ~ 23rd Dec 2011

A great and cheap place to stay, with a very good location, where I felt very safe all the time(very important),the staff is very helpfull, and Iwas given good information whenever Iasked for it.Also staying in a mixed dormitory of twenty, was to my surprise very quiet, and Iwas able to have a good nights sleep every night during my stay.Breakfast quait OK, and so were the hot showers (always one in the nearness),cleanliness very good. Room was so small that it was almost impossible to open my suitcase to take things out. Locks in the showers don't work! Wifi room is open from 11 am, so before that u can use hotels computers (1£/75 min or sth like that)..A bit annoying was that there were construction works at the moment behind our window, so it wasn't very nice wake-up. So far the only hostel, where I was asked money for leaving my luggage there after check-out (2£ per bag). Bed wasn't too bad tho and location is good! Kristi, from Estonia ~ 1st Nov 2011
