the air con is not very cold & the shower water do not have hot water. Cause of the weather of Cambodia, so i can accept. Counter staff is very good, but some of the staff (Driver) poor to speaking English that sometime make difficult. The struff in the hotel is great, they are really nice and helpful. They arrange anything for you: tours, bus tickets, etc. The food there is really yummy and prices are really affordable. My stay in the angkor villa was excellent. the best thing about the villa was the extremely friendly staff and the big clean rooms. it is a quiet place which would be really good for couples. overall a very good experiance Ofer, from Israel ~ 4th Feb 2010

this place was disgusting. blood stains on the sheets, they only gave us one roll of toilet paper, and then when we left, they made us pay for one night when we only left our bags there for an hour and got a different hotel. horrible experience. Thomas, from USA ~ 29th Dec 2009

The room was big with a very nice hot shower. The staff was very helpful. Price was right! No problems with security. Only a couple blocks away from the Pub Street area. Not a bad place to stay :) Thomas, from USA ~ 22nd Dec 2009
