We were disappointed because we had to sleep in separate rooms. When we made the reservation beforehand it seemed like nobody has to sleep alone. The arriving wasn't comfortable because first there was no one in the reception and then there was no one who would speak english. There were no kitchen, the common room was poor and drinking alcohol also wasn't recommended. Hostles.com mentioned a swimming pool but we didn't see any! I had a hard time finding the hostel, once I checked in, a hard time finding hot water for shower. And the staff is not always there, you're lucky if you find them. The room could get a bit noisy at night, because there is not AC and we had to keep the window open. But other than that, it was cheap, the location was good. You get what you paid for, I guess. Es mas una residencia que un hostel. Poca informacion para turistas, wifi funcionando solo en la recepcion! Sin desayuno, duchas con agua fria de ncohe (no se de dia). The location was good even though it was hard to find. There is no sign on the outside or inside. There was no one at reception and I had to wait over an hour for someone to come, and when they did, they just looked annoyed that I was there. They don't speak any English. This hostel is located in the discrict Chueca, which is very famous for going out and have fun. The metrostation is also very closed. Unfortunately there is no reception or a stuff which you could contact. When I arrived at midday there was thanks god the cleaning stuff, who made my check-in. An other girl came at evening and there was anybody to make her check-in, she waited about 1 hour and send them an email to telling them that she was already arrived.
