Vagabonds in Belfast, Northern Ireland

Most enjoyable place to stay. Staff/owners make a point of being friendly and relaxed. Great atmosphere conducive to feeling at home without crowding. Small and limited facilities, but hostels aren't meant to be luxury hotels. You get what you pay for and Vagabonds is very pleasant as well. Brigid, from Australia ~ 27th Oct 2009

The first night was really awesome, nice staff, clean bed. But the second night when I came back, I found all my stuff was threw to the floor. I asked why, they said they thought I moved out, and changed the bed. BUT actually the bed was not changed, only my stuff threw. AND the staff was not so nice. I was really angry. Anyway, hopefully it was just misunderstanding, even though on the next morning the staff was still not as nice as before. Shuyan, from China ~ 26th Oct 2009

only 1 min inotrduction of the hostel while checking in. no hot water at night; no staff could be asked when the water wasn't hot at all (around only 11pm).

hey peiling, i would like to apologise on behalf of all of the staff at vagabonds for your unpleasent stay.. usually there is hot water all the time.. apologies again.. thanks again for staying with us vagabonds staff

I've stayed in a lot of hostels in my many travels and this is one of the best EVER! It has everything... it's clean, in a great location, super fun and the staff are amazing. It's truly like a family.... Love the common room and kitchen too! Sheena, from Canada ~ 25th Sep 2009
