- A very busy and noisy (!!) hostel.
- There is a very small garden area to relax, but it is no substitute to a 'quiet area' where one can talk, think and meet up with other hostellers.
- After 10 pm one can stay either in ones room or in the very, very noisy bar ('the chapel').
- Staff are friendly but very unorganised.
- Breakfast is very good
- Dinner is good, but on busy evenings expect a 1.5 hour wait for your food (better to buy some ingredients at the supermarket and make your own

It's pretty far outside of town, but with the free shuttles and the easy to use trams the location could almost be considered more fun than in town...

Best hostel I've been to so far. Great breakfast, helpful staff, and they offer everything you need!

We booked months in advance and they had a problem with their system and separated my friend and I. Made us change rooms the last night. We decided to stay out late that last night and we called about our room since they were changing it. They said everything would be ok and when we arrived they had us stay in a room with about 20 other people called the dungeon. Not worth the money, too many hassles. Very disappointed with all the problems we had here.

When I first came I had come from a horrible hostel. When the staff saw how upset I was they were so helpful insisted I take a shower and have some brekfast. They even have an activities director who come around and gives you tips.

A bit out of the way up a hill, but staff put on a minibus to take you up and down it, very efficient service and a fun hostel with a great bar and good breakfast!

Possibly the friendliest staff in the world - great place to stay would definitely go back.

Great hostel and very accomodating. A bit off the beaten path but the tram makes it easy to get to and they do your laundry for 5 euros.
