Excellent hostel although a little loud. I'm not a partier, which is why I didn't like the loud bar and drunken hostelers. Still, Jesse (the manager) was a great guy, personable and very helpful. Great value for the money. Robert, from USA ~ 26th May 2009

One good thing, very clean. Don't go there if you don't want to be high or drunk all the time. Very respectless people, a lot of screaming in the middle of the night, turning the lights on in the room, taking drugs in the bathroom. The place is all about drinking!

Dear Stina, Thank you for your comment on the cleanliness of the hostel. However, I would like to point out that we have a strict no drugs policy. Anyone caught using drugs will be asked to leave immediately. As for the problems you had being woken during the night, we would appreciate it if you could review the hostel and not the group of �very respectless people� that you mention and you were unfortunate enough to share a dorm with. Our hostel is rated as among the best in Bolivia in the 'fun' category. We have different activities everyday which are not all drinking related, i.e.: Quiz night in aid of a local street children�s charity, BBQ�s, Paintball, 5 a side football, field trips to the stadium, golf course, etc. Reception is open 24 hours a day and we also have a manager in the hostel during the night time to ensure all of our guest will have a comfortable stay. Had we been notified by you of any of the incidents that you mentioned, we would have been more than happy to try to ensure your satisfaction. If you want to get wasted and pass out on the floor every night of the week, then this is the place for you! Was reasonably clean and the beds were comfortable, but you wont be spending much time sleeping due to the on site Irish pub and ongoing drinking. Would NOT recommend.
