A delightful hostel - staff was so friendly and helpful (great with helping to book wine tours, etc.). Room was a little small but comfortable. One sore spot was the hike up a few flights of tiny stairs - no elevator. But, it was overall a very nice stay.

Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff,especially Ricardo and Leonardo. Both speak excellent English and will tell you all you need to know. The hotel is right in the middle of Firenze, therefore very close to all the beautiful buildings and palazzos. We will definately go back in future. Many thanks guys.

Absolutely loved this place!! The front desk staff is so helpful with everything they had plenty of recommendations for restaurants, sights, and bars. The rooms are small and simple but are cleaned daily and perfect for a traveler on a budget. The location is ideal with the duomo being less than five minutes away walking.
