The staff are good and very accomodating inspite of limited english. But they're doing their best to make your stay enjoyable! Perfect for small family staying.

This place was great. it was nice, clean and spacious. It can be a little tricky to get to and from here and shin-osaka subway station with luggage (there are a few line changes). but all in all this was a great place to stay. the staff were really very friendly and helpful (they held some of our luggage for 6 days free of charge while we were in tokyo. they took great care of it). spoke good english too. Would definately recomend this place to others!

Very good, very clean,good location and excellent staff. Good facility such as laundry and internet and phone service. Room is excellent, spacious and very clean. We had a self contained room with kitchen and it was excellent for family. highly recommended.
