this hostel was just very boring, nothing nice about it and i was 5 floors up. not very clean either. had to wait for the shower and WC several times

The staff is very rude and they don´t have hot water
Only one key for the room and the lady behind the counter was a rude bitch. They complained when someone else had the key and didn't want to give you a spare. Only stayed there cause the rest of Paris was booked.

One guy was very rude to me on the phone. Sure, I was cancelling my reservation, and he was busy, but he should still have been a little more polite. Remember the power of word of mouth.

Not the party spot of Paris, I liked the smaller rooms. Location is not bad, right next to the gare de Lyon. Breakfast made me laugh it's packaged croissants out of a vending machine. But chances are you are on a budget, so you can save some of your breakfast for a snack later on.
