excellent beds, kitchen and facilities, like a home, relaxing and quiet. good area of santiago

This review may not reflect the hostal itself as it is a lovely building. The problem is you can hear everything everywhere. The staff seem to think everyone wants to listen to music blaring until two in the morning and all day. WE DONT. Also, things like checking in and out seem like major tasks. No traveller wants to have to fill a qustionaire after a 13 hour flight.
