It's probably a great hostel if you're a teenager, but if you're not, it's kind of noisy and crowded.

A pity about unruly roudy hostel guests all night and nothing done about it by hostel staff! Please bring your own toppings for your breakfast toast/bread (white only), because there's nothing to put on it apart from margarine. The security was so good that I could not even enter back into the hostel or into my bedroom with my own key card! Not recommendable, sorry.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Although some decorating and renovating was still being done, the place was clean and the decorators didn't get in the way, but the drainage in the showers wasn't great. Location is great, just across from the train station and a couple of pubs less than a minutes walk away. I'd stay here again.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location couldn't be closer to Haymarket train station.

The sheets were dirty and the lights were broken when i moved in. The staff cant find clean sheets for me and they also cant fix the lights in my room for me. Therefore, they moved us from the poor condition to a nicer hotel of west end. For that, they were nice, for the room we got at the first place, it was too poor to live.
