The room smelled like someone pissed on the carpet! The firealarm went off 4 times the last night. Toilets were mostly out of order. The rooms were overpriced, 89 dollars + tax - ripoff! I will never visit this Hostel again, ever. We stayed Hotel San Remo on Mason St. for the rest of the vacation and it vas 1. better located 2. clean 3. lower price. Ps. we stayed at Long Beach HI and some other HI:s in California and they were better in every sense of the word. ds.

I don't like the hour of entry 14:00!!!! I had wait 2 hours!!!!
We really enjoyed our stay at this hostel and would highly recommend this basic hostel for everyone. The place was very clean, but our room smelt a bit stale, so would recommend that air freshner is used in all rooms daily, as we purchased some for our room 400 (or on the fire floor plan we were room 403), we left this in the warerobe for others to use.
