Cancellations can be made up to 3 days a head of arrival without charge; otherwise one night is billed to the card.
Please note that we have airport pick up service from Ataturk Airport (20 euro for 1 way )and Sabiha Airport(40 euro for 1 way)

We reserved a private room/shared facilities, and then received an email a couple of days later asking if we wanted to upgrade to a nicer room for a fee. We said yes, go there, and were told that the nicer room was in a different, new hostel of theirs. So we went to the new one, and it was very, very nice. Brand new, and really nice. The location is southwest of the blue mosque,not bad, but not touristy at all. The employees (all part of a family) are very nice, although some dont speak much eng
