What a trip!!! You should hold on to the sisters that run the place. The are well fun! you may end up changing beds more than once but it's all good. They run a clean fun place and easy to meet people kinda place.

Sylvia, the girl who runs the hostel, is incredibly helpful and enthusiastic (but not annoyingly so). She works all hours and gets up at all hours to make sure people catch earlier morning/late night taxis and trains. She also gives you a really good overview of the town when you arrive and organises a number of trips for genuinely cheap prices, all running directly from the hostel itself. Make sure you go bear watching, it costs nothing and you end up a few metres from them - we saw 3 or 4 befo

BEWARE of single rooms. They are farrrrr away and in a characterless building on the 10th floor WITHOUT a working elevator! Breakfest, internet and everything else is about a 30min walk to hostel. Hostel staff is shady and should more up front about this. I would never ever recommend this to anyone. Go somewhere else if you can! I

Girl was a real character! We were placed in a room with 15 beds but at least they weren't bunks and weren't full at the time! Pool has bikes in it at the moment. Doing some building work but that's life - didn't bother us. Otherwise, everything was good.

excellent location and lots of group tours. no curtain or shower door on the shower. downstairs smells musty and like mildew.
