It is a very comfortable place to stay with a good mixture of single, double, triple and quadruple rooms.
Our residence has been designed and prepared for students to feel comfortable while studying or resting. We are surrounded by several shops and restaurants and close to libraries and movie theatres.
We offer comfort, service, style and the location you're looking for.
Payment is due upon arrival. Rates do not include a 10% tax, which shall be added to your balance upon arrival. Breakfast is not included in the rates. Our optional breakfast is 4.35 per person per day. We will preauthorise your credit card prior to arrival. Money will not be charged. We have a 48hr cancellation policy.

The receptionist was very kind to let us pay later when we arrived late. The location is quiet near to the metro and the Park Guell is in the walking distance.
