关于 Peking International Youth Hostel

我们旅舍位于北京最美的胡同保护区 - 南锣鼓巷的南头。站在巷头抬头即见景山、过景山公园便是故宫、随即是天安门广场；出旅舍穿雨儿胡同西行数步即到前海、后海；而鼓楼和钟楼就在巷尾。
锣鼓巷如长着十六条腿的蜈蚣，在700多年的光阴岁月中蜿蜒爬行，如此简单、又如此精彩。胡同里故国的青砖、残损的砖雕门楣、元明清的徽记��如同一把开启昨日的铜匙，把丝丝缕缕的记忆带回：幸存的、死去的、留守的、远行的。段氏政府总理靳云鹏的金粉之家如今的中央戏剧学院、炒豆胡同僧格林沁的祠堂、僧氏故居空留下汉白玉门蹲儿、蒋介石的行辕、荣禄的宅邸、文煜的可园；雨儿胡同的旧宅子，白石老人度过一生最幸福的时光；圆恩寺胡同，找寻文学巨匠矛盾的身影。
在驴厅，点份健康早餐，沐浴着散落一地的晨光；在露台的阳光房，来壶下午茶、望着窗外那如瀑布般绽放的牵牛花；在酒吧，就着暖色的灯光、与三五朋友开怀畅饮；或在酒窖，挑瓶纯正地道的意大利葡萄酒，细品慢饮。
不管你来自何方，我们旅舍总会有一张适合你的床。除了舒适实惠的多人间外；我们还有标间、大床房，家庭房以及豪华房以满足不同所需。这儿有你所需的一切，这儿就是你在北京的家。

TIPS:
- Please print the direction we send to you by email which will be easy for you to find us.
- Payment in full is due upon arrival by Cash (in Chinese Yuan - RMB).
- Valid Passport Required upon Check In.
- Please be wary of strangers that invite you to Tea House or Art Exhibition etc. you should always confirm the price before going or taking anything.
- Check-in time is from 2:00pm onwards. If you arrive before that time, we have an area where we can store your luggage if your room is not ready. - Payment in full is due upon arrival by Cash (In Chinese RMB). - Please note that any cancellation or change must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours before arrival date, in case of NO-SHOW or late cancellation the total of first night of each guest will be charged regardless the reason.

American breakfast is rubbish - food is overall very expensive in cafe. Stuff at the reception is very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and warm - it was -15 when I was there. The location is not great, 15 minutes walk to the tube Anna, from Poland ~ 14th Apr 2013
