Modern tourist hostel, comfortable and functional decorated with pop style.
We have 92 persons capacity in 19 rooms mixed: 9 rooms for 6 persons, 9 rooms for 4 persons and 1 room for 2 persons in a double bed.
Each room is equipped with a bathroom. We have lift access, heating and water heat, lounge and WIFI access in the whole hostel and towel hire.
We offer each user a security booth located in your room and the bed linen free of charge.
Please note:
Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival
Check In: 2pm
Check Out: 12.00 noon
Method of Payment upon the arrival: Credit Cards or Cash.
Breakfast is not included.
Taxes are included.
Reception hours: 10:30-13:00 and 16:30 to 22:00 every day.
Check-in: You will receive a magnetic key and a normal key for the safety box.
Deposit: 15 € in cash or the details of your credit card. Failure to return at check-out will be a charge of 7.5 € for each key not returned.
Check-out time is before 12:00. If the bond has given in cash and client goes before opening reception, the deposit will be refunded through a transfer deducting bank charges.

Ils profitent bien du fait qu\'il y a peu d\'auberge a Bilbao, Santander et Donostia pour monter les prix. J\'ai eu de la chance on m\'a mi dans une chambre de 4lits alors que j\'avais payé pour 6 et en plus on etait que 2. Les horaires de checkin/out sont foireux genre 10h-12h puis 16h-22h. Pas de cuisine et pas possible de laisser ses affaires après le check out. Les lits sont en fer mais solides ils ne grincent pas comme souvent et les matelats sont bons. Pas de climatisation.
