Bologna Bed and Breakfast is located in Porta San Vitale, in the old city, and with only a short walk under the arcades towards the two towers you will reach the Piazza Maggiore.
The apartment, renovated with refined taste and elegant colour tones, gives a joyous and warm feeling. Welcoming and energetic, the living space is personalized with antique furniture and ethnic and kilim items. The three rooms have each a different color and give a different sensation. Made with wooden floors, they are all provided with TV, electrical plugs, air conditioning and Internet connection. Hair dryer and iron are at the guests' disposal. Parking is available for an extra fee.
Bologna Bed and Breakfast is very close to the University, the Conservatory, the St. Orsola Hospital and to the Villas Torri and Negrisoli. On the right side of the typical old town building there is a bus stop to the railway station and the fair area.

The hostel is very nicely furnitured and decorated. It appears more like a private apartment, and it probably is, because I learned that the family of the owner is also somehow living there. Everything is a bit chaotic and the owner(s) don't speak English (probably only Italian). The atmosphere is very nice, but I wouldn't leave any valuables in my room. E.g. after a few nights, someone else had suddenly occupied my locked room to use the TV there and me and my stuff were moved to another room. Markus, from Germany ~ 12th Nov 2012

DO NOT STAY HERE 1 month after booking and 3 weeks prior to our stay the hostel cancelled citing there were no rooms available at the price we had purchased, despite us having purchased them from the site (i.e. you can\'t purchase unavailable rooms).Upon investigation we discovered there was a massive architecture convention that week and the hostel was blatantly profiteering by raising their prices.
