Domaine St George in Carcassonne, France

20 km from Carcassonne, welcome to Domaine St George a former winemakers house dating back to the end of the 17th century located in the Aude region of southern France

Our chambre d\'hote is set amongst the rolling vineyards leading to the town of Limoux as well as being 25 minutes from the historic city of Carcassonne and the airport.

Breakfast is served on the patio in front of the house and consists of freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh bread and croissants, home-made preserves, meats, eggs from our own chickens and other fresh local produce. Nobody leaves the table still feeling hungry!

There is secure parking for cars as well as secure indoor parking for motorcycles.
Outside guests have the use of a private, solar-heated 9 metre swimming pool around which are sunbeds and tables with a brick and tile summer-house to sit under if the sun gets too hot. The gas BBQ is here as well and guests can cook their dinner watching the sun setting over our neighbours vines.
There is also a recently re-fitted summer kitchen for the use of guests which includes fridge, microwave, crockery etc so if you don\'t want to go out you can prepare your meals here.

The house is strictly non-smoking, we do not accept children under 12 years or pets. Free WIFI is available throughout the house.
