The apartment is on the top floor of a building with 6 floors. The house is in a privileged location where one can easily access the two major cities in the delta Tejo area. Cascais being 20 minutes away and Lisbon 30 minutes.
The apartment is easy going with access to lots of sun and decorated in a homely manner. It has one major room which has a cooking corner and two naturally well lit rooms. The terrace has a magnificent view of the sea where one can also enjoy sun bathing during the day and eat dinner by candle light during the refreshing nights.
The landlord is able to provide small meals, baby sitting, house cleaning, recommendations, and any other kind of assistance when needed. Right behind the building there is a small park with swings and slides for little children. In the immediate surroundings there is an area to park your car with ease, a small grocery store, a hairdresser, a cafe and a news paper shop. It will always be our top priority to make sure you enjoy your stay

Carcavelos beach has restaurants and aquatic activities. To visit Cascais, great cultural heritage night life and shopping, has restaurants to eat typical food and seafood, views to see all the way to Lisbon,to visit the most western point in Europe, Cabo da Rocha. To visit Lisbon with monuments, museums, churches and castles, the old part of the town to enjoy Fado, a kind ambiance. To pass the 25 April Bridge to Arribada great views beaches.To visit Sintra with the magnificent castle.
