The hostel is very central, within one minute walking distance to the dome. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen facilities are sufficient. BUT I booked this hostel because it said that breakfast and dinner would be included in the price - which is not true. In fact there were no meals served at all. This hostel was amazing! We had a bad start with our vacation in Rome but, when we arrived in Maison in Firenze, everything was amazing. We arrived in the afternoon and were greeted very friendly and were shown to our rooms. The owner was very helpful and gave us a map with all the best things in Firenze circled and gave us advice where to go for a drink and a bite. This was one of the best stays in a hostel I've ever had! We really loved our stay there! Nicolas, from Belgium ~ 2nd Aug 2012
