We stayed 2 nights and the room was ok, just our bed was really hard. The guys in the reception were friendly in the beginner but after they were really rude and sold everything more expensive to us. We bought the cruise to Halong Bay with them, we ask to go in the same cruise that our friend went on TET holiday and he told us and showed pictures, and for get more commission they put us in one more cheap.
