Cancellations policy:
Our hostel requires 10% deposit for booking reservation. Deposits are non-refundable even in the case of cancellation. Should the guests, for any reasons, need to make a cancellation, it should be made at least 72 hours before the planned arrival, or for late cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the booked stay will be charged. Bookings over the internet / email must be cancelled via the respective channel.
