Negative: -Reception open from 7AM to 11PM. Don\'t be late when you arrive. -Some noise from the city (cars, planes,...) but it remains quite calm. -Many troubles with the wifi. Positive: -Staff very welcoming and nice. -Everything is very clean. -Located close to the Jetty and to the center of Kota Kinabalu. -Food and drinks available for a small fee. -Laundry available for a small fee.
