The IchiEnSou was a fantastic experience! Yashi and his wife are the perfect hosts! The place is spotless, it's perfectly located, and the tours and dinners Yashi hosted were great fun. Patrick, from USA ~ 17th Nov 2009

This is the best hostel I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The owner and staff work very hard to keep the place clean and to make guests feel welcome. I stayed there for 5 nights and the owner often took guests out to different restaurants and for walks around the city. He made an effort to get to know everyone and to create an environment which encouraged guests to socialize with one another. The location is excellent, within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants.Thanks! Stacey, from Canada ~ 30th Oct 2009
