First of all, I want to start by mentioning the LARGE lack of communication present between the staff at this hostel. Don't expect anything at reception to get done without at least twenty minutes.The shared bathrooms are disgusting!Not clean and water was flooding from the door into our room.WiFi is only in public areas in the lobby!THE WORST PART...the lockers are not free.It costs two pounds every time you lock one...=...not economically friendly for students!Will not return ever! Large building, by consequence very busy at times -especially in the morning and weekend- but the staff always tried to help out as well as they could. because of the fact that there was only one elevator it was a bit difficult at times to get to the right level. The rooms were small but well maintained. Over all a nice experience and certainly recommendable. Considering the proportion of London the location was excellent.
