Villa Pardi is an eighteenth century Villa. The present owners, Giovanna, Enzo and their daughter Cinzia, with lot\'s of love, care and patience have renovated the property preserving the original character of this beautiful old building.
The Villa is situated in wonderful countryside, at the foot of the hills between Lucca and the coast and not far from the Apuane mountains. It is close to the old medieval town of Nozzano Castello and stands out with a nice garden all around it and a swimming pool.
Beside the Villa, is the D�pendance or Casa Vacanza: simply structured but equally welcoming, perfectly restored in Tuscan style with orignal wooden beams and the old mezzanine;
The building is divided into appartments with one bedroom or two- bedroom suites depending on your requests, some also have balconies and a little kichen for those that chose a longer stay, all rooms and apartments have private facilitesand include tv and heating. The cosy and harmonious atmosphere of Villa Pardi,plunged into the silence of the countryside, will ensure a wonderful and memorable holiday!
