We offer 77 rooms with crisp linen and fresh towels, free continental breakfast, Wi-Fi access, clean bathrooms, 24hr Reception and friendly staff, all within 100 metres of famous Chapel Street and 7 minutes train ride of the CBD.
Continental breakfast is provided daily for all guests.
All rooms are non-smoking.
Ample, clean shared bathrooms are located close by to rooms.
Special booking conditions may apply during Peak Periods, please ensure you read all terms and conditions carefully.
Photo ID is required from all guests upon check-in. Data limits apply to free WiFi access, however we do have a 'Pay-as-you-go' Internet kiosk should you require additional time. Security Pincode entry to building at night. Limited kitchen facilities available - Microwave, Toaster, Sandwich Press and Fridge. Please note that we do not have an oven or cooktop.

The accommodation was perfect in pretty much every way. We feel that we chose to stay in the wrong area as we ended up partying on the north side of the city mostly. South Yarra is an up-market, classy area and we are 100% low-end budget student types haha. Loved the quite nights sleep though. Jarred, from Australia ~ 23rd May 2013

You get what you pay for - cheap rates are certainly reflected in quality. Biggest concern was security. LOCK your bags if you're leaving them at reception as one of my bags was opened when I left them at reception during the day! Breakfast was nice. WIFI intermittent, kept cutting out. My private room was tiny, but comfortable bed. Staff wise -Apart from the Asian man who was lovely :) everyone else was not great. Upon checkout, the lady didn't even look at me while taking my keys.
