The property is located in the centre of the city, close to shops, hospital, train station to the big city and surroundings. But also the beaches are very close.... reachable also by walking.

The apartment is completely new and composed of two big rooms (one room with three beds and the other room with four-five beds) and a common space with a kitchen. The rooms have private toilets with shower.

Each room has TV and WIFI. The apartment has also two big balcons. It is at the third floor of a family building (without lift).
