Staff a little disorganized. Rooms and bathrooms fairly big. Big kitchen / common area and desk to work on laptops, etc. Charles, from USA ~ 23rd May 2013

Location was fairly good, 2 metro stops from the duomo. Staff were helpful but not the most approachable people if you have a problem, but not many problems so not a big problem. Breakfast wasn't great, watery coffee and a croissant, bur the rooms are big, clean, comfortable and the bathrooms are nice with hot powerful showers! Chloe, from England ~ 21st May 2013
