The Taganka Hotel&Hostel is located in central Moscow. It is the first purposely built project in Russia that combines hotel style accommodation alongside backpackers-dormitories (hostel rooms). These are located in a separate two storey building that was finished in November of 2010. The building is located in a 24hour security area with video surveillance cameras and security guards working all around the clock.
The Taganka area, in which the Hotel&Hostel is located, is close to the Kremlin, Red Square and St. Basil's Cathedral (about 1-3 metro stops or 5 minute drive). The area also has quite a few famous historical sites of its own for example the Novospasky monastery, the first monastery founded in
Moscow in the 14th century.
'Taganka Hostel' provides you with a shared accommodation in single-sex rooms with one to five bunk beds. In 'Taganka Hotel' all the Private Rooms have Digital TV, IP-Telephone, A/C, and private bathrooms.Facilities include lockers to store your belongings, car parking, laundry room, internet access, WIFI-cafe, fully equipped self-catering kitchen, a café-common room area with Digital TVs and bar offering breakfast and a great range of hot and cold food and drinks.Our building is equipped with a central ventilation system and is designed to make our guests feel welcome and comfortable. During the warmer months of the year an open terrace is open for BBQs and picnics.
