Ridiculous.I made my reservation and cancelled at least a week in advance. The original e-mail said the balance was due o/a, nothing more.I was e-mailed very late (day before my schedule time at the hotel, when I no longer had e-mail availability and was told I had to call the hotel directly at least 24 hr before my reservation to cancel the stay or pay the entire amount.
