The MOMA Suite is a beautiful, one bedroom, 2 room apartment that sleeps 4 people in the very centre of Manhattan � located in Midtown Manhattan and just a 5 minute walk from the Museum of Modern Art.
The apartment is comfortable and cosy with all the amenities necessary for a great stay in New York. The location is absolutely amazing! If you want to stay in New York and live like a New Yorker and not like a tourist, this apartment is for you. This is one of the best neighbourhoods to fully experience New York.
The apartment has a cosy, good sized bedroom with very large closet space and a queen size bed. The living room has a pull out sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 people as well as a table with chairs and cable TV with International channels.
The living room also has a large closet. The apartment also comes with free wireless Internet access. The kitchen is just the right size and has a stove, all the pots and pans and cutlery that you will need to cook your own meals. Considering the apartment location and the amenities, the apartment is one of the best apartments in our database in terms of value for money. We hope to see you in New York!
Please note that an additional 14.75% will be charged separately for NY hotel and occupancy tax and service and processing fees.
After the booking is made we will ask you to pay 50% prepayment of the booking.

� If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days before arrival date, the Hospitality Provider will charge a $50 processing fee
� If the booking is cancelled 21-14 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the booking
� If the booking is cancelled 14-7 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking
� If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date the booking will be non-refundable
Please, note that Hotel taxes and fees are not included and will be additional 14,75% to the listed price.
After the booking is made we will ask you to send us credit card authorization for 50% prepayment of the booking, the remaining 50% will need to be paid on arrival to the apartment.
