We offer six small ensuite rooms with every thing for an overnight stay with free wi-fi in both rooms and public areas. All our rooms are individually decorated and styled with a comfortable boutique feel. Rooms all have ensuite shower rooms with aromatic toiletries and hairdryer. All rooms are non-smoking with smoking facilities provided in the front garden.

On street parking is available with also two large public car parks, parking is free from 6pm until 9am the following morning , free car parking can be found at Atlantis Leisure a five minute walk away.

A delicious Scottish breakfast is included in the price. Breakfast packs are available if leaving early for ferries, buses etc.
