The hostel is really a jewel Iin Punta del este, away from the big city with tall buildings and in the charming nearby town of Manantiales and only 2km from La Barra. Everyone drives from punta del este to go to bikini beach and if you stay in this hostel you can walk. There are many of bars and restaurants and grocery stores Mnantiales and La Barra. The pool is nice and the staff very accommodating. I think this hostel has the best value for price in all of PDE. Lauren, from USA ~ 25th Jan 2013
