Since I read the reviews I was prepared for the reception in the restaurant, people entering the bedroom in the middle of the night, the chinese lady...so it wasn\'t that terrible! In fact, for the price I found it quite good. And I think they are aware of the bad reviews so they try to do it better. As a tip, be patient with the chinese lady I think her main problem is communication, but the rest of the staff will help you a lot! DEBORA, from Chile ~ 27th Sep 2012
