The lady made me waited for about 30-45minutes before she called me while I was told by her to seat. She can\'t even find my reference number nor my name in the system. Then she said my total was $226.38 plus $40 for parking. I disagreed and showed her my information I saved from hostel that I\'m supposed to pay $196.20 and Parking is free. She didn\'t believe me & told me to use the Internet to show it to her. I did and she gave me a look. Yet she overcharged me for $30.18 because of taxes. Fern, from USA ~ 6th Aug 2012
