I loved the Dominica Hostel. It is only a few blocks from the metro which makes it easy to get around Santiago, but it was still off the busy areas. I would definitely stay there again. Natalie, from USA ~ 9th Dec 2009

The TV / party room is right below the dorm downstairs, so you might want to opt for a room upstairs, if you are a light sleeper. The bathrooms were excellent. Tuomas, from Finland ~ 7th Jul 2009
