Magnolia Sorrento in Sorrento, Italy

Well, I was repeatedly contacted, with a form of desparation, from this hotel. But what they failed to tell me was that when I would arrive in Sorrento, my room was taken and they at their convenience, relocated me to another hotel. Not one word was said to me and I only came to find out when the taxi took me to the other hotel. I had booked my room 1 month in advance. Unacceptable!
