weak points: neighbourhood of very noisy Ben-Yehuda street (better to sleep with stoppers in your ears in some rooms!), one bath for 4 rooms and no water in standard rooms strong points: 300 meters from fantastic Tel-Aviv beach, good & safe city district with nice Bauhaus architecture, attractive shops, very good breakfast in price, free drinks, access to the kitchen particulat point: non-kasher food not allowed in the kitchen (e.g. grilled chicken bought for lunch), but there is a special log Jacek, from Poland ~ 9th Mar 2010
