FROM THE GREYHOUND / TRAILWAYS / PETER PAN BUS STATION
Walk 3 blocks to New York Avenue Metro Station and take the Red Line train toward Shady Grove. Exit at Metro Center and take the 11th Street exit. Walk three blocks North on 11th Street (about 10 minutes) to HI-DC, just North of K Street.

FROM THE TRAIN (AMTRAK) STATION / UNION STATION
Take the Circulator bus going toward Georgetown. Exit at the intersection of 11th Street, NW and K Street, NW. HI-DC is in ½ block North on K Street.

Loved HI Baltimore, great staff, very peaceful. The location was great, close to everything I wanted to see. I will definitely go back as I still had more places in the city I wanted to visit. If you are a traveler who needs a good safe place to sleep and is not looking for luxury, this is the place. I really liked the hostel at all, specially the guy who ask you to say good morning in any language other than english at the breakfast, and then introduces you to another guests.
