By Bus, you have to go the airport to the train station in Plaa d'Espanya, in the center of Palma, to catch a bus to Portals Nous. Anyway, the best option is to book a shared transfer (shuttle) from the airport, which will take us to the hotel door for about 9 € per person one way.
