On roundabout, take the B1256, towards Takeley, exit
Travel four miles across traffic light cross roads
The White House is 400 yards past the traffic lights on the left hand side, just opposite carpet shop.
The Lion and Lamb is on the same road, 1 mile further on the left hand side

Please be aware when using Sat Nav, you do not need to turn off of the B1256, the White House is situated on the corner of the junction to Smiths Green.
